How does it work?

A clear, straightforward process from initial enquiry to tailored support.

Whether you are enquiring as a parent, student, or educator, support begins with a short discussion to understand context, priorities, and next steps. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the initial enquiry.

Step 1 - Make an enquiry

Complete the relevant enquiry form or contact us directly. You’ll be asked for a small amount of contextual information to help shape the conversation.

Step 2 - Clarify needs

We discuss priorities, timelines, and the type of support that would be most useful. This may take place via email or a short online meeting.

No preparation is required.

Step 3 - Agree next steps

If support is appropriate, scope, format, and timescales are agreed in advance. This may include one-off support, short-term input, or ongoing work.

Step 4 - Support is delivered

Sessions, marking, or consultancy are delivered as agreed, with clear communication throughout.

Step 5 - Review and adapt

Where support is ongoing, priorities are reviewed regularly to ensure the work remains focused and effective.

What happens after I get in touch?

You will receive a direct response acknowledging your enquiry. If further discussion would be helpful, this will be suggested, but there is no expectation to commit before you are ready.

Support is only offered where it is a good fit for your needs.

How support is delivered

Support may be delivered online or in person, depending on context and location. All work is planned in advance and aligned with published specifications and assessment criteria where relevant.

A note on scope and expectations

All support is provided independently and professionally. Guidance is based on published materials and established best practice. Support is not offered in ways that would compromise academic integrity or assessment regulations.
